WANTED: FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR FOR PRIMARY AND ADVANCE TRAINING
We are looking for an individual to fill a recently vacated opening for flight instruction at the Marshfield Municipal Airport, (KMFI), in Marshfield, WI . The position is for full time employment. Marshfield is a community of 19,000 with a large medical facility and industrial base. There is a wide area of joining communities as well to draw from for new students. The area needs an instructor or instructors who would be willing to “market” and work to get students in. We offer training in a wide variety of aircraft. Most of our training fleet consists of Cessna Aircraft and Piper aircraft. We also have students who utilize their own aircraft to train in.
Instructors would be flexible in their schedule as we require them to work days and weekends. Instructors are responsible for offering flight training to the Duffy’s Aircraft Sales and Leasing curriculum designed by Duffy’s Aircraft. Instruction offered by Duffy’s Aircraft consists of primary private pilot training, instrument training, complex training, high performance training, commercial training, bi-annual flight reviews, and ground school courses. All of our students train at different learning levels, in which we cater to their time requirements. Some students require more intensive training while others require a slow, but steady approach.
Requirements: Certified Flight Instructor Certificate (CFI) Hardworking Motivated Must be willing to live in Marshfield area Some Line duties and other services will be required Minimum of 250 hrs High School Diploma
Additional items: Certified Flight Instructor Instruments Certificate (CFII) – This would be required within a year of hire unless the candidate already has this. Multi Engine CFI and CFII a plus Tail Wheel Endorsement a plus 135 charter ready a plus
